Let’s talk about how to choose automation wisely. My, personal, email automation software of choice is Active Campaign.
Email automation can be the difference between making a steady income or no income at all so, you want to be sure to choose your automation wisely.

Using trusted software in your automation will help you to automate a lot of things. It will enable you to focus on creating products, services, and other solutions.
What are some things you can automate?
- Email Marketing: Being able to send personalized messages to new leads is a MUST! If you’re not using trusted email automation software you could get into trouble for the spam (because of Anti-spam laws) and no one wants that! There is so much you are able to do with email automation that you could truly grow your business by leaps and bounds!
- Data capture and viewing your analytics: You’ll know who reads and clicks through your emails, who goes to the links in the emails you send as well as who supports your business by buying from you! This is a lot of important information to have and can help guide your future business decisions.
- Landing Pages: Landing page software can collect email addresses for marketing purposes. For this, you can use Lead Pages or Optimize Press. Some email automation software also offers Landing Page software. You can also use your website to create landing pages. Remember, the more landing pages and offers you have, it goes without saying, the more leads/sign-ups you will have.
- Lead Generation
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): This should be very high on your list of things to do well. Without happy, engaged clients/customers there is no business. Right?! It is definitely a plus to automate as much as possible to help make things easier on you so that you can do everything possible to make certain all of your subscribers/customers/clients get heard and stay happy. The more customers you have the more important it will be for you to set up and utilize a “Help Desk” software. There are tons of good help desk software available.
Check into the automation software that you are currently using. You may find that they also cover other aspects of your automation as well. For example, you can use the pro version of Active Campaign for your email automation as well as for your CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
Automating these parts of your business is key to greater success. And choosing automation wisely will help to prevent issues and more work in the future. It helps to nurture the relationship with your email subscribers. Not only does it make things easier on you but, it also makes them feel as though they have a voice and are being heard and taken care of.
Automating your business does take some time and work in the beginning to get set up and working properly but it is very much worth it in the long run! You will find that leads and subscribers will begin finding you faster and faster and your lists will grow by leaps and bounds.
