New month, new topic. Last month I discussed additional potential revenue streams. This month I will be talking about branding. This will not be the typical branding discussion.

When you implement the right steps in your branding it will be an essential tool in your social media marketing.

1. Promote your strengths

Brand yourself for what you are an expert in. I will use myself as an example, I help authors, speakers, and coaches grow their online presence through social media, email marketing, and content repurposing. I, therefore, present myself as an expert in those topics.

2. Be consistent

Being consistent doesn’t just apply to posting content. It applies to websites, social media platforms basically anything that presents your name and business for your VA business. This applies in the following areas: Business name, business service, business logo, and interlinking your socials to your website.

3. Meet and exceed expectations

Sometimes it’s great to go the extra mile in your business. This way you are exceeding expectations. For example, when someone interacts with your content by leaving a comment sharing how valuable the content is, feel free to go the extra mile and leave them a DM telling them to thank you.
