Last week, we discussed your Free Offer. Today we are going to be answering the question: What is a Nurture Sequence? Them, I am going to give you a list of questions that you would ask yourself to help you prepare the Nurture Sequence.

What is a Nurture Sequence?

A Nurture Sequence is a series of emails that you send out after you have delivered a free offer to your list. In exchange for their contact information, you will send them your free offer. Then, they will start receiving the Nurture Sequence emails.

You will want to ask yourself a few questions before writing your nurture sequence.

5 Questions to Ask Before Writing Your Nurture Sequence:

The first question to ask yourself: What criteria do you want to use to segment your list for better communication?

The second question to ask yourself: How often do I plan to email my list? The nurture sequence will help your leads get used to hearing from you. You will want to space out your nurture sequence about the same amount that you will send out your standard emails. Do not send your nurture sequence at the same time as your monthly or weekly email. You do not want to bombard them with emails. There are ways, in most software, to hinder them from receiving your monthly/weekly emails until they are finished with your nurture sequence. Active Campaign and Convertkit both do this very well.

The 3rd question is: What type of emails are you planning on sending in the future? Are you going to have weekly or monthly newsletters? Promotional emails?  Are you going to have weekly or monthly newsletters? Promotional emails?  This will create a consistent message to your leads.

The fourth question to ask yourself is: What can you do to encourage engaging conversations and meaningful discussions? You can ask a question at the end of your email, and prompt them to “reply now” or have a link at the bottom of your email that goes to your Facebook Group.

The fifth question to ask yourself is: What types of information will you provide in your emails? The important thing about creating a nurturing email is that the lead will trust you and form a relationship with you. Do not start off with a promotion. You can educate, inform, create a fun conversation with them, and then you could promote. Mix in a little of each within your nurturing sequence.

I use the 7 days rule. I send my emails on a weekly basis. My nurture emails are spread for 7 days. The leads are receiving nurtured emails for a month before getting my weekly emails.

This is one of the services that I provide to my clients, and it is a very needed service.
